This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are tidy and clean, with modern en suite facilities and a good view. Its central location allows for easy access to the main attractions in the city, with many of them within walking distance. The included breakfast is also a great perk, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The rooms was spacious and had a nice charm, with high ceilings and embossed relief. It was clean. It is not the faceless new hotel chains. Breakfast was great even though the dining room was small and crowded. Reception staff could not speak English but that was OK, we did communticate. It is walking distance to Potsdamer Platz.

We would like to have wireless internet connection.

It was impressive, tidy and by central heating. The breakfast was exceptionally nice and provided with the taste of the coffee. The location was great and brilliant, relatively near Sony Center. The service was excellant. The personnel was very good, and the owner too.

The rooms are nicely arranged with a comfortable bed and a modern design, and the staff is incredibly friendly; also, it's conveniently close to many popular sights.

The make-up of the rooms was not up to normal german hotel-standard. Towels were not changed when left on floor, instead they picked them up and draped them over our clothes to dry! Waterglasses were neither changed nor washed.There was always precisely enough toiletpaper, never more. An empty roll was replaced with an almost empty roll. Did they think we were going to steal it?

This hotel is a hidden gem in the center of the city with modern en suite facilities and a great view. The staff is friendly and the prices are affordable, making it a perfect option for budget travelers. The breakfast included is a great touch, and the attention to detail is impressive.

The entrance to this hotel may be difficult to find, but once you do, you will be pleasantly surprised with everything else.

Rather good location in between Potsdamer Platz ja Bülow Strasse metro stations.

The pillow was unbearably soft; made impossible to sleep. If anyone walks or talks in the corridor, you hear it in your room.

Very nice hotel, really spacious room, fair breakfast, very good transportation to the city highlights and to the airport/train station, clean room.

They should really extend the hours of the reception and have someone speak English.

The rooms were accommodating for a large family, cleaned daily, and warm. Breakfast was enjoyable with no time pressure. Conveniently located near city center and public transportation. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The hotel staff is available until 18-19:00 only! So what shall a guest is supposed to do if he or she for example loses the room key? Also they prefer payments in cash and first will be trying to make you pay in this way.

Crowds at breakfast on some days - not enough space in breakfast room, own towels would be recommendable as hotel's ones unpleasant. We stayed at hotel for 7 days but had just 2 sachets of shower gel so had to use our own.

The restaurant here is good, the room is tidy with central heating and a Queensize bed, the location is central and stunning, and the staff are incredibly kind; for a nice cup of tea or coffee, stop by Cafe Tietz & Cie nearby.
